Our new world class manufacturing facility is under construction (as of January, 2008) and is scheduled for initial production runs in late summer, 2008. This facility will feature geo thermal heating and ultimately wind generated electricity. Our goal is to make our manufacturing facility the world's only carbon neutral packaging and display production facility in the world.

This facility will feature a "pod" layout where common production steps will be laid out in a linear fashion. This feature will insure the least amount of material handling possible to drastically reduce damage and waste while improving productivity. It also improves quality control in our ISO certified plant. Under ISO, the customer is the next step until ultimately it reaches the end user. Each "customer" in this layout is physically located behind the previous step or process creating a flow that is very easy to trace.

Our St. Louis office is conveniently located just off I-70 in Bridgeton, Missouri. The facility features not only a sales staff, but structural design and graphics art design departments as well.

Our Bentonville, Arkansas office is conveniently located on Highway 72 on the north end of Bentonville. This brand new facility also includes a sales department, as well as a creative design department that specializes in 3D animation for virtual presentations to Wal-Mart. It is also equipped with video conferencing to tie in corporate offices with their local Wal-Mart teams when discussing and designing projects destined for Wal-Mart or Sam's Club. We can handle all of your project coordination issues from concept to completion when dealing with the world's largest retailer.
