ISO 9000 is a family of standards that the Vanguard Companies have incorporated for our quality management systems. Our ISO 9001-2000 certification is issued and maintained by ISO, the International Organization for Standardization and is administered and accredited by Bureau Veritas. What sets ISO accreditation apart from all other quality management systems is the use of third party auditing to assure compliance to the international standards. Don’t be fooled by companies that say their quality systems are modeled after ISO 9001 standards.

To insure that we achieve ongoing improvements, we will attain and grow within an ISO structured framework, administered through our corporate Director of Quality. He will facilitate the communication of customer, contractual and statutory requirements throughout the corporation. Using an ISO framework and auditing procedures, all requirements are to be met or exceeded.

We further accept our responsibility to our customers to continue to grow and improve our Quality program. We acknowledge that this requires our ongoing and constant attention. We pledge that this will be directed from the CEO and passed throughout the organization.
